What is an “Entrepreneur Visa”?
An entrepreneur visa is a new type of Chinese visa that can help young graduates start their own businesses in China or stay here for a longer time. There is no need to register a company or find a job first before you obtain an entrepreneur visa.
Processing time: Only 7 working days
Who are eligible:
- Fresh graduates from Chinese universities
- Alumni from top Chinese universities or global top 300 universities
- Foreigners who plan to invest or start new businesses in China
Validity: a maximum of 2 years of duration；renewable; multi-entrance
Documents required:
- Original copy of valid passport and visa
- Original and photocopy of temporary residence registration form for overseas personnel (issued by B&B or local police station)
- Complete visa application form and a recent 2-inch half-length bareheaded photo
- Health certificate issued by the domestic entry-exit inspection and quarantine department within 6 months (Those under 18 years of age and above 70 years of age are exempt).
- Innovation and business plan
- Original and photocopy of the graduation certificate of higher institutions
- The proof of the entry into the enterprise park of innovation and entrepreneurship, or the original and photocopy of the incubator certificate
